Welcome to ProdLink. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web application, desktop application, integrations, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using ProdLink, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use ProdLink.
- By creating an account, you confirm you have authority to bind your organization (e.g., church, ministry, or production team).
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their organization.
3. Use of Services
- ProdLink is provided to help churches and organizations manage service productions.
- You may not use ProdLink for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Services or connected APIs.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services.
4. Integrations with Third-Party APIs
- ProdLink integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Planning Center, YouTube, Facebook Live, ProPresenter).
- Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those platforms:
- We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party APIs.
- You authorize ProdLink to access and process data from these platforms solely to provide the Services.
5. Collaborative Features
- Content you create within ProdLink (notes, checklists, chat messages) may be visible to other members of your organization based on sharing settings and user roles.
- You are responsible for the content you share within your organization.
- Organization administrators may have access to view and manage content created by organization members.
6. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
- Billing: Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access until that time.
- Refunds: All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused services, or downgrades.
7. Intellectual Property
- ProdLink and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written consent.
- You retain ownership of content you upload or manage through ProdLink.
8. Data and Privacy
- Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- By using ProdLink, you consent to such collection and use.
9. Service Availability
- We strive to keep ProdLink available and reliable.
- However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
- Features that depend on local network connections (e.g., ProPresenter integration) require proper network configuration on your end.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- You may stop using ProdLink at any time.
- Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately.
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
- ProdLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
- We are not liable for issues arising from third-party integrations, local network configurations, or presentation software.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the last 12 months.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
13. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
- Continued use of ProdLink after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
